You can prepare Form 14039 form in TurboTax, but it has to mailed in to the IRS. The form is prepared in the Other Tax Situations section. After you prepare your return, print the filing instructions on how to submit the form.

@Donduck332020 No. The 14039 must be paper filed with a copy of the tax return.

Enter identity theft affidavit in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to identity theft affidavit
