      <description>Yes it could be.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;If you selected the option to have the state fee 29.99 deducted from your federal refund there is an EXTRA 34.99 Refund Processing Service charge for a total of 64.98.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Which you could have avoided by paying the fee with a credit card.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;You had to agree to the extra charge on 2 screens before filing.</description>

      <description>I paid with my credit card! So I must have missed "unclicking" an agree section. Is there a way to change this? I specifically went in and made sure I didn't have to pay that extra fee but it still showed up as charged.</description>
