      <description>There is no fee for Direct Deposit.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;The 39.99 Refund Processing Service charge (44.99 in California) is only to have the fees deducted from your refund.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;But you can only have the fees deducted by getting Direct Deposit.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So don’t know why it’s charging you that fee.
