      <description>&lt;P&gt;Your CPA may have misunderstood something.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you all live together, only ONE of you should have the child listed on your tax return.&amp;nbsp; You are answering the questions in such a way that the program thinks you do not live with your girlfriend that you a Custody Agreement allows her to claim the child, but that is not the case.&amp;nbsp; Again, only ONE of you should have the child listed on your tax return.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
