I filed that the exemption is from June-December, however the exemption is actually from MAY - December. I had healthcare coverage via blue shield from January -April, and then exemption certificate from May until December. But when I filed, I put that my exemption was from June- December. Will that matter with the IRS?

This will not cause a change in anything. It will not result in a change of penalty or a change in your actual tax return since you were not penalized and were either covered or exempt the entire year. You may or may not end up receiving a letter from the IRS stating that your exemption does not match what Healthcare.gov provided them and asking for verification. However, they would have also been sent information showing you were covered by your employer so they know you were covered for the entire year. Just be sure to keep your Exemption form AND your 1095-C from your employer so if they do contact you, you will have proof.
