Why am I being charged the Idaho permanent building fund tax? I do not own a business. How do I fix this in Turbotax?

I believe that Turbotax has made a mistake in saying that I owe money to the Idaho permanent building tax fund. I made so little there last year that I don't owe any income tax. If it is a corporate tax then why does Turbotax say I should pay it when I'm not affiliated with any corporations? I am a non-resident of Idaho if that helps.

You are required to pay the Idaho permanent building fund tax per Idaho tax law.

"... Every person and corporation required to file a tax return a return pays a tax of ten dollars (Section 63-3082, Idaho Code), which is credited to the Permanent Building Fund (Section 57-1110, Idaho Code). 2)"

I am a non-resident of Idaho but have paid into the Idaho permanent building fund for many years, including the last two using TurboTax. This year, I filled out the state tax questions in TurboTax and it indicates that I have NO TAX DUE. Did I miss something in the questions that somehow caused TurboTax to overlook the permanent building fund tax of $10?

When you went through the ID return, you will come to a question that asks if you have over $2500 in ID sourced income. If you answer no there and do not have a filing requirement, the $10 will not be added since the return will not be generated. To get the return to print with the tax due, answer YES on that screen. The first return I prepared, the tax did not generate (I answered NO) - but I did a 2nd non-resident return and answered YES there, and now I have the $10 tax on the ID return. @meyerc

The page will be titled Filing Not Required - once I changed my answer to YES there, the $10 tax due showed up. The $10 is applied to every tax return, so if you are not required to file a return, no tax will be applied.
