To verify your payment method

If you have already filed

On your Overview page in the Welcome home box

Select Download/print return

Save is as a PDF

Locate and open the PDF file

Scroll past your Federal to your State Return

On the second page above the Signature Section will be your Payment information.

Thank you. And just to clarify, (better safe than sorry), all that must be enclosed in the envelope to State Return should be the check of amount due and "Form MO-1040V", correct? Or do I also need to enclose "Form MO-1040 Individual Income Tax Return - Long Form"?
