At the end of your return right before you sign, you will be given the opportunity to enter/edit your license (go to the File Tab and then start Step 3).

It might be helpful to know that In most states, entering the drivers license or ID is recommended but not re quired.

If your State issued ID (including Military ID) or driver's license is not being accepted, you can leave the driver's license/state ID information blank, and still file your return.
Two states, Illinois and Alabama, do require a driver's license to file a state return.

In an effort to help protect your identity and fight tax fraud, the IRS and many state tax offices are now asking that tax filers provide their driver’s license or state issued ID number.

Providing this info is not required to file your taxes. However, in some states, omitting this info may delay the processing of your return.

If you are not in Illinois or Alabama, try removing the license and leaving it blank. Then re Efile.
