I was charged extra for filling florida state taxes and now its telling me to send something in. Florida doesn't do taxes and i want to know why turbo tax charged me.

The Florida return in TurboTax is to report tangible personal property that is used in a Florida-located business or rental property. If you did not have tangible personal property to report, you should have chosen Skip State in the State Taxes section.
