All the form shows is that you have your health insurance through your employer, and not Obamacare. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But it is not always the case that the insurance is paid out of pocket. &amp;nbsp;If you did pay the premiums out of pocket, you can deduct them as your medical expenses. &amp;nbsp;Otherwise, you cannot deduct them. &amp;nbsp;The form doesn't determine how the premiums are paid, unfortunately. You must determine this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
