In TurboTax Online, you can erase your return and start from scratch as long as you haven't submitted payment, deducted the TurboTax fee from your refund, or registered. Please follow the Turbo Tax FAQ on how to clear and start over your return.

I started back in August but never finished my 2020 how can I complete or how can I start over

If you paid for one of the 2020 online edition then contact TurboTax support and they can push a 2020 desktop edition installation file to your download account at no charge.
