      <description>Good point.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I didn't notice the user is using OS X 10.9.5, and can't install the 2017 desktop software on that computer.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;User:&lt;BR /&gt;If you've already paid, and your computer doesn't meet the requirements for the software, you can get a refund and use the Online version instead.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To reach TurboTax Support use the form at the link below to be assigned a phone number or schedule a callback.
