Yes...on multiple PCs that are yours. Not to be shared outside of your own household's computers.

But....if you want to work on the same tax file on more than one PC, then you have to move the .taxyyyy datafile to each different PC when you want to work on the same file. Cannot be worked on in a USB flash-drive, must be resident on your hard drive before working on it....(not sure if...or how well that might work if the datafile is on a shared network drive. Certainly, the file can NOT be opened on more than one computer at the same time ....that is "IF" it works on a shared drive at all.)

and TT is not licensed for use by paid tax preparers.
