Please follow the instructions below to add Form 8863 to Turbotax:

Select Federal Taxes (Personal in the Home & Business edition).
In Online TurboTax, click the bars at the upper left corner to show Federal Taxes on the selection list; enlarge the screen if needed to show the left side selection list.
Select Deductions & Credits, and in the next screen, click Explore on My Own.
Scroll down the Your Deductions & Credits summary screen until you see the Education group.
Click on the Start/Update button next to the Education Expenses and Scholarships category.
Follow the prompts.

You can try the "jump to" feature:

1. Type "Form 8863" into the search bar in the upper-right hand of the screen

2. Select "Jump to Form 8863"

3. Then you can edit the information as needed
