Yes, you can contact us though the CD owner link below, and if you have the product code on the disc you can have the agent push a download to your account.

I followed the link and select download TurboTax for Mac and selected the correct edition. It just submitted a support ticket. I'm surprised that I can't just get the download link—I have the license key and PIN from the packaging handy already. Is this the right method to get to the download? It sounds roundabout. The front of the box proudly says "Two way to install—CD or Download" and instructions on the back—but there are no instructions for actually downloading the software. Please help!

I have purchased TurboTax Premier and have a license code. When I create an account a request shows up to change my password, I have done this 20 times and running out of ideas for new ones.

Saw on a previous question you can push a download though, could you please help me with this.

Sivalingam annamalai If you were sent a non-working link by Costco, my suggestion is to reach out to their customer service and advise them of the situation. They'll have to send you the correct link.

What happens when you try to download the software @Elmerted ? Please let us know the error that appears on the screen, and at what point the error occurs.
