You are absolutely able to print and mail your returns with TurboTax. After you finish your taxes you will be given the option to either print and mail or to E-file.

One question from the OP that wasn't answered: what forms are included?

For example, I'm 90% "Turbotax Deluxe", but I did a little work on the side while laid off, and got a 1099. I got unemployment. And I get $90/month from an MLM. Does that mean I have to take "Self-Employed", or can I use Deluxe and fill out a Schedule C on my own?

Use the following link to see what forms are included with TurboTax Deluxe Online: TurboTax Deluxe Online forms

You can use TurboTax Deluxe Online to report income from self-employment on Schedule C. However, you will not be able to claim any Schedule C expenses using TurboTax Deluxe Online.

If you need to claim self-employment expenses, you would either need to use TurboTax Self-Employment Online, or one of the CD/downloaded versions of TurboTax. All of the CD/downloaded versions will allow you to claim Schedule C expenses, but the lower versions will not provide you with the extra guidance and step-by-step help that the higher versions will provide.

If I buy the Deluxe version (CD) and then decide I need the upgraded version, can I upgrade, or do I need to pay for a whole new package?

Yes! If you are using the Online version, you can upgrade from the "Upgrade" menu on the left.
