To import your W2 with a picture of it: you will need to use the Mobil App.

If you print and mail your return, you will send the IRS copy of your W2 and attach it to your tax return. You cannot scan and add it into your tax return. Just make a paper copy if you do not have an extra copy.

If you are eligible to Efile, you do not need a copy or picture of your W2 to send with your efile.

If you need to add your W2 using TurboTax online and Efile,

To enter your W-2 follow these steps:

Log into your TurboTax account and click "Take me to my return"
Click the "Search" button in the top right hand corner of TurboTax
Type "W-2" in the Search box.
Click the first search result that says "Jump to W-2"
Follow the on screen prompts to enter your W-2.
