If they are a dependent on your return, then both of your incomes would be required for tax purposes to figure out your Premium Tax Credit that is allowed. This means if you BOTH received a 1095A, you will need to include both of them on your return and there is a spot that will ask you if your dependent had to file a return and if so, you will need to enter their income.

If you are not getting the Premium Tax Credit, then it may not matter since it is the Premium Tax Credit portion reported on line C of the 1095A that is extremely sensitive to your income.

BUT you would need to contact Healthcare.gov to find out for sure if it matters if you are simply paying the FULL premiums with no tax credits.
