Okay. Did you import your W-2? If so, delete the W-2 and enter it manually into your TurboTax program. Enter the information EXACTLY as it appears on your tax document.

All I can advise is that you check your entries before e-filing your return. TurboTax is a self-prepared tax preparation program. So filing an accurate return rests on the shoulders of the user.

Just double-check your entries before e-filing. Make sure everything is correct according to your tax documents. Do not file if you are still expecting other tax documents. There is no rush to file. The IRS won't even officially open tax filing season until January 28, 2019.
