I am currently having issues with this form. It is being generated even though I don't need it. I don't have a penalty. Getting a refund well over $1,000. I've tried deleting the form but it just keeps getting regenerated. I have not asked for a waiver a penalty that I'm not getting in the first place. But Box A is checked on the form and that is causing the rejects.
