You can use the steps here below to get to the section to enter your 1099-OID.

Log into your account and click orange Take me to my return button
Then click My Account (top right of screen), Tools, and Topic Search
Type 1099-OID in the box, select it in the list and then click Go
This should take you to the screen asking Any OID for 2016? and you answer Yes there
On the next screen, click I'll type it in myself and enter the information on the next screen

Another way to get here is to:

Log into your account and click orange Take me to my return button
Click the Federal Taxes tab and then Wages & Income
Scroll down to Interest and Dividends section (may need to click Show More)
Then click Start/Revisit next to 1099-OID, Foreign Accounts
And on next screen, be sure to put check mark in box next to Form 1099-OID for original issue discount income and Continue
Answer Yes on next screen, then I'll type it in myself and put in the information from the form

If you need to create a 1099-OID to issue to someone click here.

If you need to enter your 1099-OID that you received into your tax return then - as @DeniseF1 says above - search for 1099-OID in the search box on the upper left. Click on the 'Jump To' button that appears and follow the instructions.
