Need to remove form 2441

I need to remove form 2441 (Child and Dependent Care). I started to fill out this section, then I decided it was not applicable, and now the final check sees it as an area which still needs to have entries. For example "Name of Day Care", "Business' EIN", etc.

If you are certain you don't need the form, you can delete it.

Note: Be careful! Once you delete, it is gone for good. You will have to re-enter data if you delete by mistake.
