      <description>&lt;P&gt;If this amount didn't roll over from last years return, you can add the amount of your refund you applied from your 2017 to your 2018 return by following these steps:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Login to your TurboTax Return&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Click "&lt;B&gt;Search&lt;/B&gt;" in the upper right corner, then type "&lt;B&gt;Estimated Taxes Paid&lt;/B&gt;" in the&amp;nbsp;Search Box.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;When the results populate, click the "&lt;B&gt;Jump to Link&lt;/B&gt;"&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Scroll down and click "&lt;B&gt;Start&lt;/B&gt;" next to "&lt;B&gt;2017 Refund Applied to 2018 Federal Taxes&lt;/B&gt;"&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;From here, you can enter this amount&lt;/LI&gt;
