Please follow the instructions below to enter your w-2s:

Click Federal Taxes
Then click Wages & Income
Click Add more income and See list of Income
Scroll down to Wages & Salaries section and click Start.
Continue through the interview to enter your W-2 information.
Once you enter your w-2 information, click Continue 2 times.
You will then be asked if you have another w-2 to enter. Click Yes.
Proceed through the interview to select the person the 2nd W-2 belongs to and enter the w-2 information.
