I filed my return with 2 states but only one was sent. It is saying that the LA one is incomplete but it won't let me access it to fix whatever it is I need to finish.

This is most likely because the state forms were not yet ready for filing.

If the table below shows them available, you can log back in and submit the return. If you cannot get back into your tax return preparation, follow the steps below.

1. Login to https://myturbotax.intuit.com/ with the same username

2. Click on My TurboTax in the white banner at the top

3. Below your 2016 statuses, click on Add a state under Some things you can do

4. Click on the File tab
