Both files end in *.taxYYYY. Do not double-click the tax data file to open it. Launch the Business program first, and then use the program interface to open your business *.taxYYYY data file. (YYYY is the year). Likewise when opening the TurboTax Deluxe data file--launch the Deluxe program first then use the program to open it.
