To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours. If the problem concerns any type of refund for fees, use the key words billing issues and do Not use the word Refund or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.

Submit your question/problem during business hours and then use the option for Call (a phone number will be provided for Call) to speak directly with a TurboTax agent -

Note: The Call option will not be available when TurboTax Support is closed.

Please call on my home Number is [phone number removed] (cell #[phone number removed]). A gent called me last night and we screen shared. The download 2020 would not let us key numbers on my forms. I was told that something was wrong with my down delete and download again. Apple support helped me delete and download and reinstall the download and it still will not let me type any number on my form but it will let me put numbers in my address. I am so frustrated due to I'm been trying to do this for since March the 11th.

Amazon let me return my turbotax download. I'm afraid to purchase it again since I had problems. The computer I used last year was a HP. I now have a macOS Big Sur verson11.2.3. All of my documents and my taxes from my HP have been transfer to my Mac. The Turbo Tax download let me transfer my 2016's to the 2020 software however it gave me a message that it would change the current app. Not sure what to do. I'm hoping you can tell me what I need for my computer to to type on my forms. Is it because I transfer my 2019?
