      <title>TurboTax Advantage</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I went to the TurboTax Advantage website and signed up. It said I would be charged in November when the 2026 TurboTax products become available. It also said I could check status along the way and cancel if decide I don't want the service. However, I am unable to find&amp;nbsp; the order, and when I try to search it asks for an order number which I never received. Called &lt;SPAN&gt;(800) 446-8848&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;and they were unfamiliar with the Advantage service and switched me around until I got dead silence on phone after 40 minutes. I have no way of knowing if the order was processed or fell through the cracks. What next?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
