Don't worry, there is a work-around that will allow you to access a download of the same product you purchased by contacting us-particularly "Product Support." &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You are &lt;I&gt;certainly&lt;/I&gt; entitled to be pushed a download for free. You will have to press the "Contact Us" button in your &lt;I&gt;TurboTax&lt;/I&gt; account. Then write out your question in the text box and mention you need to be "Pushed a Download." When you get to the point in which you can speak to a live agent, explain to them your situation and they will&lt;I&gt; push you a download&lt;/I&gt; after you have provided them with a &lt;I&gt;verification code &lt;U&gt;(found on your CD)&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;U&gt;.&lt;/U&gt; Below are the steps in order to contact us: &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;B&gt;
