You can file a 2015, 2014, or 2013 tax return using the TurboTax CD/Download software.

Order the software, install it on your computer, and prepare your desired year tax return as usual.
You'll need to file a conventional paper return, as e-filing 2015 or older returns are no longer available in TurboTax.

You can use TurboTax Online to file your 2016 taxes.

If you're expecting a refund for 2015, you have until April 15, 2019 to paper-file your 2015 return and claim your tax refund.
