Entering foreign interest or dividend

I have interest and dividend from outside US and I use the desktop version of Turbo tax.

When I try to enter the data manually, it insists on FEIN even though there is none. I have tried using 0000 or 1111 or even leaving it blank. None of these work, And Turbo Tax continues to show this as an error during Federal Review.

Any solution would be welcome. Thanks.

Tried it. Federal Review still shows as error. Thanks anyway.

Tried a couple of combinations: and it worked. Wish TurboTax will resolve such cases when a 1099 is not available.
