      <description>&lt;P&gt;remove any refund gimmicks like "Up to 5 Days Early", avoid "Pay with My Refund" also. &amp;nbsp;These cost extra and insert 3rd parties between you and the IRS, just cause confusion and delays.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/intuit-account-billing/reduce-fees/L3Kp3yEYs_US_en_US" target="_blank"&gt;https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/intuit-account-billing/reduce-fees/L3Kp3yEYs_US_en_US&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
