&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are using TurboTax Online, check your Internet connection. If you are using a VPN, try turning it off and connecting to your Internet provider directly. Hardwired connections work best. If that doesn't resolve the issue, then:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Try exiting TurboTax, restarting your device and starting TurboTax again.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Try using a different browser. Chrome usually works well.&lt;/LI&gt;
