Education-related expenses can be entered in the Deductions and Credits section of TurboTax; they'll land in Form 8863 I believe. Note that the laptop *can* be considered an educational expense if it is a condition of your enrollment/coursework, but internet service generally wouldn't qualify. You'll want to check your specific situation against IRS Publication 970 which covers this topic.

Follow these steps:

Open to Federal deductions and credits

Locate Education

Select 1098-T

Continue through entering student information, the 1098-T and qualified expenses.

Your laptop only qualifies if the school requires it for attendance.

The internet is more tricky. Originally, it had to be paid to the school as part of attendance. Using something you already pay for is not an education expense. If you had to upgrade, maybe you could count that part. Look at your circumstances and listed requirements from the school.
