Refund of state efiling fee

Because of a likely bug in Turbotax, I was unable to e-file state return for my 5th family member though the software charged me the $25. Customer Service told me to request a refund on the website which I did but there was no emailed acknowledgement of me having submitted the request.

For anyone that has requested a refund online, did you get an acknowledgment?

what was the site URL to request a refund of the fee. Have not been able to find it. Did reach out on X, no response as of yet. Thanks

this leads you to requesting a refund for the Turbotax product. My issue is I needed to file in two states but was only avle to efile in one due to a TT issue. I would like a refubd for the state I couldn't use

TurboTax Online can be used at no cost up until the point that you submit payment. Once payment has been received, the product is considered to have been used to prepare your taxes, regardless of whether you print or electronically file your return, or if it's rejected.

This was using TurboTax Desktop and it was the software that said the number of filings had exceeded 5 which was not true.
