Are you referring to the notifications email address for your account? If so, here's how to change it.

In the left menu column scroll way down to Intuit Account.
Then once in the account choose tab Sign In & Security.
You can change the notifications email address, if desired. If you do change it, also verify it while you are in the account settings.
If your User ID is an old email address, you can also update your User ID in the account settings, if desired.
