    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;T&lt;/STRONG&gt;urboTax overcharged me with excessive fees, and their customer service was awful. When I called and asked if I could request a refund, the representative was rude, not listening to my questions, and hung up while I was still talking.I called back, and after holding for 10 minutes, another representative (who I believe was the same person who hung up on me) answered, only to put me on hold again. I ended up waiting for nearly an hour before speaking with someone else.&lt;SPAN&gt;This representative sent me a refund link and told me to enter my order number so they could process the refund. But when I entered my order number, it couldn't find my order or charge. I tried multiple times, even entering my card number, but still not work. It's incredibly frustrating.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will never use TurboTax again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
