      <description>&lt;P&gt;I clicked the do it yourself option as I have done for years, however, upon checkout it automatically charged expert help fees which were never utalized and will not allow a change without clearing and starting all over again! Why ask and have us choose options if you plan on throwing in hidden fees anyway?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
