    <description>&lt;P&gt;I filed my taxes last year using Turbotax 2024. I have tried opening both the 2024 software and the saved document that was filed electronically last year. I have not been able to open either of these. After starting to work on my 2025 taxes with the expectation of importing last years data I get a message from Turbotax stating the 2024 data cannot be accessed due to corrupted files. I need that data for accurate tax reporting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try to open either the software or tax document from 2024 Turbotax will not allow me to open them with the code shown in the form **** **** **** CRMG. I get the message "The license code you entered is not valid. Error Code 605". I found the code listed on my online account but after entering it the program doesn't open and I get the message "It's 16 characters long and came with your instructions".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have no idea what to do to access the needed files. Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
