    <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried calling support multiple times but it just takes me to the automated service and says to use "Help" in the online application, no matter which option I select.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Under "Help" I don't see any way to have a support chat, only frequently asked questions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I am on Expert Full Service TurboTax online version. My taxes were previously assigned to someone but they couldn't help answer my questions and told me that it would be re-directed to level 4.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However it is still unassigned for more than 12 hours and I don't see an option to do a live support chat or help. It just says "&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;An expert will meet you in a few minutes" with no options for me to schedule a call or do anything. Please help.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No one in this forum can help with that. &amp;nbsp;We have no involvement in assigning or connecting users with the "experts" for Live Assist or Full Service.&lt;/P&gt;
