&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:transparent;color:#000000;font-size:10.5pt;"&gt;Try using a different browser.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:transparent;color:#000000;font-size:10.5pt;"&gt;Save the PDF Go &amp;gt; to file &amp;gt; Print &amp;gt; Microsoft Print to PDF &amp;gt; then print the new file&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:transparent;color:#000000;font-size:10.5pt;"&gt;Disable “Print in grayscale/black only” if the PDF is white text on dark background&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:transparent;color:#000000;font-size:10.5pt;"&gt;Update/repair Acrobat: Help &amp;gt; Check for Updates; then Help &amp;gt; Repair Installation (Windows).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:transparent;color:#000000;font-size:10.5pt;"&gt;Clear print spooler (Windows): 1) Win+R &amp;gt; services.msc 2) Stop “Print Spooler” 3) Delete files in C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS 4) Start “Print Spooler”&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
