      <title>Cannot import any investment documents</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am able to connect to both my investment banks to import documents, but the TurboTax page says its is connecting and then just freezes, with a note that says to check back later. When I go to the actual bank websites, the tax documents are available.&amp;nbsp; I am out of the country and so cannot access hard copies.&amp;nbsp; What gives?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When a new browser window opens for your broker Sign In, try clicking on the icon just in front of the URL and 'allow' LAN.&lt;/P&gt;
