topic 2024 Update Killed it in Get your taxes done using TurboTax

I have used Turbotax for years - primarily because it's easy to look back at prior years to get details on returns. I needed to look back at a 2024 return from Desktop Home & Biz 2024. Before I could view the return, it installed updates - then promptly asked me for my activation code. I found the code on Amazon but it won't take the code. Now I'm stuck and cannot look up the details inside the 2024 return.

I'm on Windows 11.

Did they need to update so that it would work on Windows 11? I don't think I had a choice about the turbotax update - they just went ahead and installed it.

Is it because I had already used the activation code on my Windows 10 machine last year before I migrated to this new machine that it won't recognize the activation code?

Any other ideas? This has rendered Turbotax useless to me in the long run if this is how it works now.

Thanks for any help.
