      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;Yes, you should enter the Form 1099-R into your tax return. &amp;nbsp;Even though it is reporting a direct rollover, it will still show up on your Form 1040 line 5a with the 'rollover' checkbox being checked.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
