      <description>&lt;P&gt;Intuit asks me to give permission to change settings on my computer, but won't accept my pin, and won't let me change it. I want to file. This problem has never happened before to me, and I am a VERY old customer. How do I fix this problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
