      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, you can claim his as your &lt;A href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/tax-credits-deductions/claim-dependent/L5oTvTJuN_US_en_US" target="_blank"&gt;dependent &lt;/A&gt;if you provided over 50% of his support and his only income was non-taxable Social Security.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If he received a &lt;A href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/insurance-medical-benefits/enter-1095/L6CLFzhri_US_en_US" target="_blank"&gt;1095-A&lt;/A&gt; for his health insurance, you can enter that in your return in the&lt;STRONG&gt; Deductions&lt;/STRONG&gt; section, under &lt;STRONG&gt;Medical&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
