    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to call up TTax2024, which was used successfully last year.&amp;nbsp; When I reinstall the software, it already knows I have a valid code (from my account).&amp;nbsp; But then it gives an error and gets stuck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I enter the code again manaully, it says "Yep, that's the same code as your account, and I still don't like you."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I spoke to support by phone, and the GENIUS support twit "Joan" offered to sell me ANOTHER copy at a discount.&amp;nbsp; I already bought it.&amp;nbsp; I already used it last year. They KNOW I bought it and used it.&amp;nbsp; I can show them the receipt email for buying it.&amp;nbsp; What the hell???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm a loyal customer for several decades now...&amp;nbsp; this may drive me to their/your competitors.&amp;nbsp; What kind of asinine answer is "You can buy it again!"???&lt;/P&gt;</description>
