If you filed a joint tax return the AGI on line 11 of your 2024 Form 1040 is the same for both spouses.

But---you are saying "he did not file"--- which is puzzling. If you are legally married you can file a joint tax return even if one spouse had little or no income. That way you get the higher standard deduction for a married couple and are eligible for more tax credits. You also do not mention what kind of disability income he is receiving.

How have you been filing your tax returns? Have you been filing married filing separately in the mistaken belief that MFS would be better? Or when you say he "did not file" do you just mean his income was not entered on your tax return? Please explain. If he receives Social Security disability that income must be entered on his tax returns.
