      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks MaryK4,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; After further research I discovered that his profession, Teacher, is exempt from needing an 8833 per the Tax Treaty with Bulgaria. He has had no trouble with not having one for the last 2 years.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I appreciate your input.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alan&lt;/P&gt;</description>
