      <description>&lt;P&gt;Wells Fargo says Turbotax changed a setting this year and won't sync with them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The workaround is to change the password with Wells Fargo so it has no special characters. Turbotax isn't letting in any passwords with any special characters. But they said, it isn't guaranteed to work even then.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it did not help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;no other 1099's will sync either, from other companies besides wells fargo. usually things just sync. but we can't even get started and people have been in the hospital and we are running out of time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;calling turbotax isn't easy&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;More info:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When choosing "Wells Fargo" we get further than choosing "Wells Fargo Clearing Services", the second option giving the error message and the 1st option getting to where it seems to work but does not actually give us the actual data imported, but it does send us an email each time saying we connected successfully, which is not true exactly, but at least there is some connection happening.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We did the LNA thing. We went back to chrome as a browser, we turned off ad blockers, and we are trying the other things given by the reply. if anything goes through I will reply again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
